You need to keep written documents regarding exceptions to your jobs as well as ethical decisions your Network Manager directs you to make. If in doubt, ask your Network Manager for a direct answer and document the time, date and subject for future reference. If you are certain you are being given a direct order that is unethical in your opinion, please contact the COBC hotline and your Local President immediately. This is not a game.

Please note that you have a right to know and understand the system under which you are being appraised. If you don't understand the system insist that your Network Manager take the time to explain it to you, including how much time each D&C code allows and exactly what are the rules regarding revisits, dispatch efficiency and the IAP/PIP process (including a detailed explanation of what each of these actually consist of and the order in which they are applied), not just toss a sheet of paper with numbers at you on your way out the door to be slapped in the face with 105 degree heat indexes and P.O.d customers.
